By using the Maplewood Mountain Farm website or submitting a puppy application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Our services

Maplewood Mountain Farm provides information about our breeding program, a puppy application form, a waitlist registration form, and electronic contract signing for approved applicants. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement or purchase.

Application and placement process

• Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not create a contract or obligate us to sell a puppy.
• Approved applicants will be contacted and may be asked to sign a purchase contract and pay a deposit to secure a placement.
• Deposits are non-refundable except as stated in the signed purchase contract.

Health guarantee

Each puppy sold by Maplewood Mountain Farm comes with a written health guarantee as specified in the individual purchase contract. The terms of the health guarantee are governed by that contract, not by these Terms of Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maplewood Mountain Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from a puppy purchase beyond the purchase price paid.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, photographs, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to Maplewood Mountain Farm. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
